Web Package Installation
Run the setup and follow on-screen instructions to
complete the installation.
3.3.
USB Driver Installation
USB driver files are automatically installed with the
SAS/SATA Protocol Suite™ software
installation. Users must have administrator privileges
to install the required device drivers.
Do not connect the analyzer to the USB port until
the software installation is complete. In case it is
required to manually reinstall the device drivers, they
are located in the SAS/SATA Protocol Suite™
program folder. For example: C:\Program
Files\LeCroy\ SAS Protocol Suite\Driver\USB.

This is release 5.70 of the SAS/SATA Protocol Suite™
software.
This release contains the following components:
o Merged SAS/SATA Protocol Suite™ Version
5.70.
o CrossSync™ Version 2.32.
o STATS™ Version 1.75.
This release includes the following features and
enhancements:
o ST14207 Add SAS Verification for 12G to Sierra
M12x (phase II)
o ST14153 make bookmark window resizable
o ST13888 FR - Make it possible to export 12G
training sequence to a Trainer script
o ST13674 FR - When SpreadSheet View is
exported to text, XFER-Length field is always in
hexidecimal
o ST13664 FR - Make enhancements to Power
Tracker/Power Measurement feature to extend
recording time
o ST11494 FR - Export to Trainer: Make option to
NOT automatically insert delays
o ST5922 SAS Verfication tests - Evaluation
comments.
The following issues are fixed:
o ST14698 During trace export using the Trace
Access API, sometimes the trace size is 200MB,
but sometimes it is 900MB (M12x filtering on
SATA frames issue)
o ST14311 Search for LBA Range is not working
o ST14117 SATA Compliance: Analyzers not
